Single, teacher/writer in her early 40's looking for a QUIET studio cottage, in-law, granny unit, or duplex in Mountain View, Los Altos, Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Redwood City, Sunnyvale or Cupertino. I do not smoke, drink or do drugs. I have my own writing tutoring business (outside the home) and am an avid gardener. Looking to rent long term at a modest rate. I have excellent rental references.

Quiet female looking for housing (Mountain View)
Hello,
I am an adult student at Foothill College who needs to downsize from my 1BR apt in Mt View.
I am hoping to find either a detached studio or a room with a private entrance and bathroom. I live a healthy lifestyle (vegetarian and non smoking) no pets, no debt and very good credit.
I'm open to barter for some of the rent, as I'm good with plants and have house sat for previous landlords.

Family Seeking Palo Alto Rental (Palo Alto)
Small family seeking rental preferably in Palo Alto, but would consider surrounding areas. Ideally looking for 2-3 bedrooms with a small yard for a long term rental. We are flexible about move in date. We have a well behaved family dog. Excellent references/credit.
